Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review all items, quantities, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
