Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note: Because we are a dropshipping boutique, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is outside our control.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Lost or stolen packages

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If an issue arises, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to locate the package.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, additional wait time may apply. Estimated availability will be listed on the product page when applicable.
